  • Free shipping within the continental U.S. on orders of $100+.
  • Orders placed Mon–Thu ship within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed on Fri, weekends, or holidays ship the following Monday (or next business day).
  • Returns accepted within 30 days; a $25 restocking fee applies.

Shipping Policy
  1. Service Area. We currently ship only within the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses are not available at this time.
  2. Shipping Costs. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more (before tax/discounts) qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $100 will display the applicable shipping fee at checkout.
  3. Processing & Dispatch. Orders placed Monday–Thursday are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday, weekends, or federal holidays will be processed and shipped the following Monday or next business day.
  4. Transit & Delivery Times. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
  5. Order & Address Accuracy. Please review your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.
Returns Policy
  1. Eligibility & Condition. Returns are accepted for items in new, unused condition with all original packaging and components. Items showing wear, damage, or missing parts may be ineligible for refund.
  2. Authorization Required. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team for a Return Authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  3. Return Window. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  4. Restocking Fee. All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee, deducted from the refund total. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  5. Refunds. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days from receipt for processing.
