Refund policy

Return Eligibility
  1. Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and components included.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  3. Customers must contact our customer care team for a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Restocking Fee
  • All approved returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund Process
  1. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
  2. A refund will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected for compliance with this policy.
  3. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Items not in their original packaging.
  • Customized or special-order products.
Exchanges

Crafted Gates does not process direct exchanges at this time. Customers wishing to change must initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

  • This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website. Purchases from third-party retailers are subject to their respective policies.
