Refund policy

Return Eligibility
- Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and components included.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers must contact our customer care team for a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Restocking Fee
- All approved returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
- A refund will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected for compliance with this policy.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- Customized or special-order products.
Exchanges
Crafted Gates does not process direct exchanges at this time. Customers wishing to change must initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Additional Terms
- Crafted Gates reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.
- This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website. Purchases from third-party retailers are subject to their respective policies.
